The 2016 Gertrude Opera/Monk Parrots collaboration, an 80-minute re-imagining of Verdi’s “Macbeth”, conceived and commissioned by Linda Thompson, arranged by Peter Stopschinski, and directed and designed by Luke Leonard, returns this year at the 2019 Yarra Valley Opera Festival.
